As a Registered Psychotherapist with independent practice status, I have completed a variety of supervision training, and have the necessary requirements to sign off on hours for both the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and Canadian Association of Music Therapists (CAMT). My clinical experience includes working in private practice, in-patient/residential treatment settings, and community treatment settings. All of this has provided me with the opportunity to develop my skills in supporting folks with a range of diagnoses and presenting concerns. I have dedicated my career, thus far, to engaging in a variety continuing education (i.e., music therapy, CBT, DBT, IFS, trauma-informed, psychodynamic, etc.) and inner work, and I bring all of this into the supervision space very intentionally. I am passionate about supporting new therapists in their development of competence in the following areas:

• Biopsychosocial assessment (including risk assessment)

• Continual assessment model for long-term psychotherapy work

• Case conceptualization and treatment planning

• Effectively combining evidence-based talk therapies with creative therapies (i.e., music, art, dance, drama, etc.)

• Unpacking the "self" of the therapist

• Transference and countertransference 

• Trauma-informed theory and practice

To accommodate students and new graduates, please note that fees for supervision are as follows: 

• Standard individual rate: $130 per hour session 

• Standard dyad rate: $65 per student per hour session 

• Sliding scale available as well
