Group Therapy


 

Group Therapy is a wonderful opportunity to connect with others, find strength in knowing you are not alone, and develop effective coping strategies to support your journey.

In my experience developing and implementing group programs, I have been truly honoured to witness the power of healing in community.

 

Group programs are currently on pause, but I will post here as soon as they become available to register for! 

​

Examples of groups I have run in the past (and will continue to offer):

  • Substance use support groups (both harm-reduction and abstinence-based)

  • Compassion-focused therapy groups

  • Trauma recovery groups

  • DBT skills groups​

​

Group program fees vary depending on a number of factors.
